The project includes open and private offices, service units, food court and exhibition area.The project area is located near a lake and a green area.
The project wishes to bring that green area into the site.
With that wish the project not only shapes itself but also its surrounding.
Ground floor, with its transparency creates a visual passage for those whom walk through the building.
Well placed courtyard brings natural light to the basement floor and creates its own auditorium.
Upper levels work for offices and their facades enjoy the company of the residential area nearby.
With these transparent and residential facades, the top part becomes heavier and finalize the building as a final word.
